Experience the teaching profession and gain new skills. With Teaching Internships, you’ll get the opportunity to experience a range of activities to help you get a feel for school life.
Our internship programme runs for 3 weeks, usually from mid-June to early July.
The programme takes place across England with participating schools.
You’ll need to be interested in teaching maths, physics, computing, chemistry or a modern foreign language.
You’ll be paid £300 per week . £900 for the entire Internship!
You’ll gain classroom experience, support pupils, shadow experienced teachers, observe lessons and lots more.
Support after your internship to pursue your interest in teaching, including from the school and a dedicated adviser.
New to this year are our non-funded Internships in RE, English, Biology, Geography and History. Please get in touch if you are considering a career in teaching and would like us to help you get some real life teaching experience in a school. Again these places are limited, so get in touch as soon as possible.
Download the Internship flyer and share it with anyone you think would be interested in this opportunity.
